I was looking for grilled chicken recipe and this recipe is perfect. I love chicken thighs. Some of my friends prefer chicken breast. Can I use this recipe for chicken breast and add some oil in the marinate? If I plan to grill outside. Thank you for another great recipe and technique.

For chicken breast, If you're planning to grill outside, I would skip the oven step completely and grill them right after the marination. The marinade makes them easier to burn, so I would be quite careful in the beginning. Once you're happy with the browning on both sides, I would move them to the cooler side of the grill and keep them there until the thickest part of the breast has reached 61°C (141.8°F).
