LOVE this!LOVE the forward looking view as well..Here's a tip for interval training..Focus on far distance for slower cadence & focus on close up bottom edge for fast cadence..

Thank you, I like to do a consistent speed for these rowing videos but it was hard with a lot of weed getting round my fin. The water was incredibly clear once we got past the low bridge. Stunning!
