we just moved into a house with the Samsung unit. Who the hell designs these control units. I'm no idiot and have an electrical background. I downloaded the manual and its absolute rubbish. Why design a unit such as this if it takes an electronics university degree to understand how to use it. All I want to know is how to set the timer. From what I am reading it appears there is no timer other than for a weekly and holiday mode. If you truly want to design these things, at the completion of testing go out into the street, grab any punter, bring them back and ask them to program the unit without any assistance other than giving them an instruction manual. If they cant do it, go back to the drawing board. !!!!"!!!

Same here... I also face this problem. It seems that I am not allowed to to this, but I don't now how to bring the panel in this mode, that it allows me to do it... It would be helpful to get an proper answer here....

By the way: I am able to change the user settings on the panel... But on service menu... Just viewing access, no changes allowed...

@@isidrologies : Thanks for this. I do have a MWR-WE10, but do not understand why I would have to enable Wi-Fi to be able to do changes on the Wired Remote Control?

@@isidrologies OK, no worries :-). Many thanks for your help here. So I would then try to get through this by connecting a PC with S-Net and go over this portal as this may have more possibilities rather going just over the HW panel to solve this problem.
