@jessicasmithtv I've never really been too active. I'm not one for fancy workout moves that are near impossible to do/follow for a beginner like me. I have been looking for a workout instructor on youtube that makes me want to keep exercising. I used to not be able to go more than 15 minutes, but now I've found your channel and finish! You're an instructor that has a personality, passion and encouraging words. Thank you for you for this workout and for all of your other workouts! I can't wait to do it again tomorrow!

I loooove this one! It's a lot of power, and yet low impact on my hips and joints. I have osteoarthritis in my hips and in my knees, yet I did this whole thing without stopping. And still got a good sweat on! This is by far one of my favorites! I'll be 60 years old this month, and need to keep on exercising. Thank you so much for sharing this, Jessica!

I am overweight, to say the least, and have been looking for ways to exercise without being judged by others. I have found that most youtube videos, for weight loss, are aimed for people who are used to working out but want to work on certain areas of the body. This video has made me want to work out, I just started a few days ago. I would like to thank you for posting it, it has been amazing to work out to something I can actually do!

I want to say thank you to Jessica. In December of 2019 i developed a lung problem (no not Covid19), I was not able to move very much. The sad thing was that I was exercising everyday for over a year and had made great progress at weight loss and becoming more healthy. Today April 13,2020 was the first day i officially done my first workout. I am so happy that I chose this one. I made it through the whole video. I think that i am back on track to recovery and my once again journey to a healthier me. Now to loose the extra fat that has replaced my muscle and the extra 5 kilo that I have gained over the last 4 months.

I had a total right knee replacement, and had been doing a variety of your workouts before and now Im 14 days post op and have 90% range of motion in my right knee. The physical therapists are amazed at how fast I have recovered and I tell them about your channel and to recommend it to others for before and after any type of surgery.

Last day of QuickFit done! That was eye-opening and hopefully motivational. I have lost a significant amount of my endurance from inactivity over the last year and a half. Had some life changes that I allowed to take large amounts of my energy. I'm finally emotionally and physically ready to start focusing on my health and fitness again. I had so much fun with this workout! I'm on the Recovery Week from the Lift and Shift plan, so I decided to do some cardio today. This was perfect! I'm sweaty, but feeling great! There is no way to lose fat on a specific place on your body, only way to lose fat on that spot is to lose overall fat

agree, you lose fat all over, you can't just target your legs only. Exercise on its own doesn't cause you to lose weight, unfortunately, the calories do actually matter

Thank you, thank you, thank you. My goal has been to do different routines on a daily basis. I feel comfortable with this idea. Any suggestions. FYI - I'm 48. Out of shape, kind of. I've been stagnant for a few years. I had a slight blockage of plaque in one of my arteries that lead to my heart of a couple of years ago. So now is when I'm feeling motivated to do some cardio. Oh by the way, I'm 6'2" weighing about 225 lbs. I have a gut but through doing some of your workouts I've lost a few pounds. Thank you again for these videos. See you tomorrow.

I’ve been doing Yana’s workouts for a while now, they are one of my favorites. Today I finally did this one with a pedometer and it shows that I’ve done 1128 steps! I never used to do walking workouts but I found that this type of workout is really good while recovering from a lower-back injury. It allows me to keep moving and keeping a calorie burn on without aggravating my back further.

Liked this one a lot. The 30 minutes passed so quickly too. Some great moves too, really creative. The wax on wax off I love as the push forward, push back which was a wonderful stretch for my arms. I didn't feel like exercise today when I got up but I thought "why not one of Jessica's short walking workouts"? When I looked at the playlist I decided to do a longer one and this was an excellent choice. I need to do some upper body today and now feel motivated to do an upper body walk or sculpt to follow this one.

I'm recovering from a "cranky" disc, and the doctor suggested walking. Unfortunately, my workout time is at 4:30 am, and it's too dark outside to walk. This video was the perfect solution...I am feeling so much better after this walk. Trust me, I'll be back to sample more of your workouts! Thanks!

I found a video of yours on Pintetest and tried it out. I originally thought I would use your videos for when it rained but I have enjoyed them so much I alternate them with walking outside! There are so many great ones for this newbie with various intensities yet all doable !! Never before have I looked forward to exercising and getting healthy!! Thank you for this, it has made a huge difference in my life!!

I just did this and I really enjoyed it.... Its the eve of Christmas Eve and I haven't exercised since last week Wednesday. If I don't do something, when gym opens back in the 2nd week of January 2015, I would be toast!!! I also did 50 jumping jacks to sweat a bit lol Thanks

I discovered you last "sprinter" in MN when spring kept getting delayed and our long winter had "clinging" issues! Your workouts kept my spirits up and helped me stay in shape when I couldn't get outside. Thanks SO much!

Jessica, I started out with your Women's Health Look Better Naked video. I loved to vary my workouts and I found that I always came back to yours. You're the best motivational instructor ever! You talk into the camera as if you're my friend. This KZbin channel is the best. There is a workout for every level. This is so helpful when I had a knee injury. Please don't stop what you're doing!!💟

On Day 10 of the Fall Challenge and just continued on with the playlist. Just saw that this is the recommended walk for Day 11 so I will replace this with another walk tomorrow or do it again. It was a good one! I liked the calf and shin stretching moves. Very helpful for me today. Thanks Jessica!
