We have begun construction on the hotel and waterpark. The projected open date will be sometime late summer if all goes well.

Haven't seen a projected finish date but they I know they are starting to level the ground out and work on the area where its gonna be. I would imagine sometime in the next year or two.

That's obviously fake because in the background you can see all those trees and I live in Garden City and when I eat at that restaurant in front of the waterpark I look over there and I see no trees there and there is a lot more buildings just look it up on Google maps and you will see exactly what I told you
