Paleontologists admit that while there were some large carnivores a little bigger than T-Rex he was the last of the species and had what is to be believed the strongest bite of any dinosaur ever. This based on its skull design it also had the loudest roar. These factors would make it a more intimidating and stronger predator in my view and barring the hybrid Indominus would have won any match against the other carnivores in this battle.

You'd be right technically. The Spinosaurus on Sorna and portrayed in the games was born in 1999 and was seen in 2001 meaning it was only 2 years old and a Juvenile. It measured 19.7 feet tall and 43.8 feet long so it was almost the same size as the Indominus as a Juvenile. At an adult size the Spinosaurus would have been much larger than the Indominus. The Adult Spinosaurus would be bigger than an adult Indominus. The adult Spinosaurus would be 59ft long and 25ft tall. It was stated that the Indominus would grow in length to 50ft long and 21ft tall as an adult. Safe to say the Spino would've destroyed the Indominus as an adult it had the instincts and decades of battle experience that would make it win.

I don't get how the fighting works, I've tried to make fighting arenas but I always have dinosaurs randomly one-shotting bigger ones. One instance I had two strong, defensive, and fit gigas with full hp against 5 carnos, and after killing one of the carnos (still with full health) another carno did the killing animation on the giga without even fighting it.
