the famous Shikanji for summer- is not only lemon juice (that's, Nimboo Pani ) but Shikanji have, mint leaves(pudhina), cumin powder(jeera), black salt, ginger(Adrak), lemon (Nimboo) and black salt, sugar etc. Basically all the natural cooling and digestive agents.
