Hey off topic, i have debilitated Mars in 8th house and debilitated moon in 12th house, saggitarius ascending, i have been told that this is a powerful rajyoga and i will get gains by exploiting others or when others are in loss i will benefit from them, how correct this prediction can be coz i never wish bad upon anyone nor i try to take benefits from others losses

If a house lord aspects a house, should we take it as the house lord being situated in that house as you mentioned in the Ketu video that a planet aspecting a house should be taken as the planet being in that house? Listened to that video multiple times to come up with this doubt

And if so, should we take consideration of exchange with aspects. But I am confused as it would not be that powerful as in normal exchange both of the planets became each other's dispositor and dispositor deals with quantity of the results and quantity of both will be dependent on each other. But should we consider it some kind of connection to the houses?

I have a doubt but it might just be a foolish guy speaking. Can an exaltation degree be the point when the planet is the brightest. I think they get the brightest when they are the nearest to the sun as the orbit of the planets are not symmetric and are oval in shape. And exaltation and Debilitation degrees might be the point when the planet is most near to the sun and farthest away from the Sun. In Shadbaal, we calculate Uchha Bala in which we calculate the planet's distance from its exaltation point. And when the Sun is in Aries, it is generally summer and the sun is very bright. I don't know how it works with the Moon but the recent full moon in Scorpio we noticed that the Moon was dimmer than usual.

Maybe sages called the planet exalted when it is very bright and nearest to the sun, retrograde when it is nearest to Earth. And both of them are considered strong.
