It was insinuated that they were having an affair but in fact there's no real scene where they were, it seems the so called mistress is always wanting to be the mistress but it looks like she never ends up being the mistress, despite it looking like they were. He never truly says he is or it never shows him doing so, like there's no bedroom scene or cheating scene. It's always just work or dinner. So the series is a little stupid.

A lot of dramas don’t have bedroom scenes. It’s left up to the imagination. IMO he did. He emotionally cheated on Gao Mi. He stayed late at “work” with Wang Yu, he went to dinner and had drinks at her apartment with her often. He ran to her every time she called and was very jealous when he saw her with another man. That is worse than sleeping with her because he’s much more involved with her emotionally than just s*x.

The clips from this drama make me sick. I cannot stand the way he treats his wife, also cannot stand the old mistress. She definitely must be good in bed, because she's not so good to look at. This lasts for a good part of this drams , as far as I can understand. So, no, not another series where the mistress gets more screen time than the female lead.
