put a receptacle plug socket on the output side of the generator, it will make life a bit easier. plus use a drill chuck connected to the shaft, it will help with demonstrations. no pull rope needed.

using magnet is bad... Beacause magnets in motors must be stable... moving magnet make them weak... Please notice & go to see motors that use stable position magnets.... you are wrong... it is very bad idea..
