Maxis has recreated some of the families from Sims 2 in Sims 4, and people can download them from the gallery! Some of them are the Pleasant family and the Smith family. All of those families have really cool background stories and I was wondering if you are going to include any of those families in your save file! It would be pretty awesome if you did!!!! 😲😊

I just looovvvveeee builds like this. Loft style builds (apartments or not) look so amazing! I cant really do them that well but I enjpy watchimg fab youtubers (such as yourself, SimLicy) build them as they are so different to my own style so they look really amazing! My style is mainly black and whites with the rare inclusion or browns, greys and some other colours. Yours is so mixed, its never the same. Therefore inproving your builds and making each building unique to the last one

So this is very random but for an apartment sim i think my sister makes good inspiration. Shes super motivated and shes going to law school and shes almost graduated and shes already working for a good lawyer and she lives in a super cute loft with lots of pink accents and bookshelves and bookish art. Idk i feel like she would make a good sim

Maybe I’m being unjust but I would like to see a realistic artists house. I have never seen one in any sim build. I’m a sculptor/painter myself so I try to take this apartments and re-edit them to realistic art work settings. For example, the art supplies you have put down take less space than even the canvases I and many other artists pile up. Then there is the supply storages who h are easily large cupboards or old wardrobes. It’s likely to have an old large rug laying around for paint reasons. Some open space to rotate the easel around to follow daylight. Some have set up spaces for still life or model works... the upper floor alone can be a studio itself. Sleeping in the work room is dangerous (fumes and poisoning but we do anyway). Angled roof windows are great for light. Big windows in general. Some professionals I know have installed ventilations on walls or a window. Half finished works EVERYWHERE. From sculpture busts to cancelled commissions. Maybe a bookshelf for reference books, not everyone has it (I do). A printer. Maybe angled desk, depends if the person is in design architecture or comics. Thankfully you didn’t do the “art supplies outdoors” thing I saw again and again... Or open rooms for pets to access. Dust and hair sticks to everything wet from clay to paint, leaving horrible texture and immense work problems. That’s just a horrible setup idea. Most art rooms have sink in them if professional. Lot of trolleys if someone is a messy artist... It is just ideas if you ever want to make a realistic artist work space. I really have never seen anyone do it.

I love your apartment floorplans, you inspire me to experiment. I think we should ask the SimGurus kindly to have an update with the plant from bookshelf to be separated. I remember that Bohemian Apt. I was still a new subbie back then (It's a great speedbuild, I highly recommend it to everyone).
