Great tutorial! in minute 4:51 you can use the outline selection tool (u-q) to select the border edges of the polygon selection

Really nice stuff! Thanks for these tutorials, I've watched them all since I discovered your channel and learned a lot! Just something about this one, at 4:40 instead of converting the selection to edges and then deselecting the inner edges, you can just use outline selection on the polygon selection.

These bottles are created in CAD software..thats why they are so hard in C4D toolset. I normally just blag it with Volume builder and get a CAD guy to model it if I need it done properly...or request it from client as a STEP file.

The tutorial was excellent, but I have to point out something not related to your work but if you look at the handle of the bottle it is hard for a human hand to grab it, I think the handle should be very slim to be grabbed.

Excelent, tutorial, thank you! Around 8:30 you mention how fit circle tool wouldn't work, but isn't there an option of the fit circle tool to "project to surface"? Would this option work?

Thank you, I tried this option before recording but it didn't work properly, I had to work more to correct it than Boolean method.
