*MAJOR_CORRECTION* #6:25# - As you listed -the Act doesnt apply on -It must be~ "Bombay Industrial Relation Act,1946" instead of "Bombay Industrial Dispute Act, 1938". _ your admirer.

As you said the certified standing order remains unmodified for a period of 6. Do an emoployer need to resubmit application after every 6 months?

Sir I need ur advice.. I m head of 1 factory...whenever I instruct my HR to remove 1 on roll employee then he use to say that “Sir we can’t remove this way because we don’t have standing order” is it correct...What should I doz..? Please advice
