Industrial Ozone Generator 1000

The MAT-KULING industrial ozone generator series comes with 250 gr/hour up to 15000 gr/hour capacity. The core cabinet includes a watercooled corona discharge reactor, Transformer unit, electric and control components and PSA type oxygen generator. Water chillers are possible to add as an optional component. All units produce %10 wt. Concentration up to 2 bar outlet pressure.
MAT-KULING ozone generators are designed and tested for aquaculture applications and fabricated in respect of EU & US HSE guidelines in our factory with quality components easy to repair or replace. Equipped with control panel and optionally with oxygen air preparation units and PLC automated control. MAT-KULING designs and manufactures the Ozone Generators to provide stable ozone infusion in harsh conditions of aquaculture facilities from S3316 stainless steel. The models start from 5 g/h up to 15000g/h and for larger applications multiple OZONE GENERATORS tiple units can be assembled. Our ozone generators are designed and fabricated to provide stable ozone output. Furthermore, they can be linked to ORP/ O3 water sensors to automatic start/stop at the required level and can be linked to ambient ozone gas sensors for the health and safety of the work environment.
