Industrial washing system for cleaning, label removal and drying of euronorm-containers | MOHN GmbH

In 2022 of August, an innovative 3-tank washing system with a length of 26 metres for cleaning Euronorm containers in a continuous process with integrated functions for label removal and drying was put into operation at veal producer Bahlmann in Lindern, Germany.
The industrial washing system cleans and dries E1 and E2 Euronorm containers with a capacity of 1000 containers per hour. Labels are removed simultaneously from all four sides of the containers, including the residue-free removal of all adhesive residues.
The waste heat from a biogas plant is utilised via a heat exchange system to save energy.
An automatic filling system, with the aid of a programmable timer, ensures that the system is prepared before work begins, including the automatic closing function of the tank.
