I suffer on panic attacks and anxiety since last summer. It is such a torture in life and really hard to deal with especially when it feels like that you can't breath. It is such a horrible feeling in my breast that I feel in these moments and often I feel like I am dying right now although I know it is just these symptoms of my panic attack..
