He has been practicing freestyle rap for 19 years almost daily (from age 12 to currently 31), has vast knowledge of hip-hop history ... and was an active improvisational jazz drummer for years ... and he doesn't like writing his songs ... though he has couple of albums and singles ... Check out his songs Next Level, Cooking Up and Napolion Hill to get the idea of his written songs years ago ... he prefers to first freestyle the song and then finalize it in written form. Right now he seems to be focused only on freestyle.
