This home is amazing. Exactly what I am looking for. The only thing missing is a walk-in or butlers pantry. When you need a home this size you usually have a lot of people to feed. I definitely do.

I like this. It's perfect for a family with kids. Especially when the parents want their private space. One side for them , the other for the kids. Placed on a couple of green acres, all the windows are perfect. Would definitely buy & add a pool to the deck.

There is a lot of space in this house but no pantry and closets are lacking in the other rooms. Love that the tub and toilet are not right beside each other. I have a disabled son and that is very important. Closets and pantry would be a huge improvement on this place.

I think this home is gorgeous. I would be honored to name this home after my daughter that past away 11 years ago. She was 32 years old. And died at her job. With a brain aneurysm. Yes, the textured ceilings are how builders cut costs so they don’t have to pay to smooth out imperfections; but I swear every time I see them I cringe and feel like I’ve been transported pre-1980s 😂

I really like the unique look of this home on outside. Some people always say mobile homes look like "boxes" or " rectangles on wheels." This is definitely a different look & i like it. The layout inside is very nice, rooms are comfortable sizes. No pantry? No big deal. Lowe's stocks premade cabinets that can be used as pantry storage. Got one now & works just as good. Loved the tour, Chance. Thanks for finding different styles for us. Keeps it interesting!

Northstar Systembuilt homes have one called the Savannah that is very similar to this with a 3rd section turned sideways like that. It has been out for a few years. I just haven't been able to find one on a lot anywhere. The Cumberland by them is a 3500 sq ft home that is 2 sections set normal and 2 sections set sideways to the other 2 like this one.

That was amazing. I did have a chuckle at the above comment..... It clearly is 2 homes but it's stunning inside. There are ways to make it look more like one big home. Hubby is very creative that way. I would love to have all that space! I honestly thought it was going to cost a lot more than it did

I absolutely love the porch on the back and I would add a roof to it and then I would add a front porch! I was definitely off on the price bc I thought it would be double the price!!

I liked the foyer!! The living room was a nice size. So was the kitchen. Loved the family room. But no pantry? Not a fan of 3 back doors. I would be laying in bed thinking “Did I lock all the doors?” Lol We keep our sliding door locked with a pole in it. Our garage is always locked so if I forget to lock the door to the garage I’m not worried. I am not a fan of small dining areas. I like a kitchen table AND a dining ROOM so we can have Thanksgiving. I’ve not seen a big enough dining room area to seat 10 in any modular home

I absolutely really love the layout of this place and the exterior of it. My favorite parts are the built-ins throughout, fireplace in the living and den area, and the foyer with the glass inside it. Hello Chance! Very good video. Nice place, mostly. It does look like a single wide added to a double wide though! I have actually thought about adding two single wides together (especially if you can more or less build what you want!), when I noticed a lot of the time even two of them was cheaper than one double wide!! Okay. I'm going to start with the last section. Not sure how we'd do some of it though. And I am very disappointed that this good sized home does Not have a Pantry! (1) The Den area would be turned into the GYM. We don't need the half bath as we'd be the only ones back in this section, so add it back to the Master Closet. (2) In the Master Suite...the Bedroom is a good size and is okay except we'd add a small Gas Fireplace in there somewhere. In the Bathroom the Water Closet is wayyyyy toooo narrow!! Remove the enclosure and turn the Commode to face the Shower, giving it lots of room on each side. I like the Master Bedroom and Closet - do wish the Closet wasn't in the Bathroom though. (3) The Utility Room is perfect! Love the Upright Freeze space. Like it that the electrical panel and Water Heater are in there (the Furnace being in the hallway is okay). NOW, this is the part not sure how to work. Normally we'd build a Garage at the back door of the utility room, with a Pantry (as there's not one), a Storage unit and Pet Shower in it. But to do so here, we'd cover up the outside door on the above section, and the porch would have to be shortened a lot! I need an attached Garage though with my handicap. So something would have to be worked out, I guess. (4) I love the Guest Bathroom! It will be left as is. (5) Okay. The two Guest Bedrooms at the front of the house are the same size according to the measurements. So, including closet, one would be turned into my Library, with a very small sitting area. The other room, including closet, would be turned into my enclosed soundproofed, Music/Studio Room, with a small area in it that is my Office Room. (6) The other Guest Bedroom will be left as is. (7) In the Kitchen...I don't like the sink in the Island. I don't know it the Counter next to the dining room can be extended and the sink moved over to underneath that window or not. Might end up having to rearrange the cook stove and everything else as well. If that would be the only way to move the sink, then no, it would stay in the Island. It's Not a deal breaker for me to have the sink in the island, I just don't like it there. I like to be able to make the island smaller and put wheels on it to move around where I need it or just to get it out of my way as I'm usually using my wheelchair when I'm in the kitchen. But as I said, Not a deal breaker if I can't move it. The Microwave is in the perfect spot! I didn't notice if the Cook Stove was electric or gas, but I want a Gas Cook Stove. And as I mentioned at the beginning, I am very disappointed this size house does not have a Pantry! (8) In the Dining Room...we'd put in a smaller table and move it closer to the kitchen to give me room to put Grandma's China Cabinet on the inner wall in the Dining Room by the sliding doors. We would have an enclosed porch out there for year round use. (I do like that big porch showed, but it's too big as it covers ALL the back doors with no place left for the garage as stated above). (9) In the Living Room...we'd want a Gas Fireplace or a Wood-burning Fireplace/Stove one. We'd also put a big porch at the front door. As I said above, very good video. God bless y'all, Chance. I love this house. The quality for a manufactured home is outstanding. I really liked the frosted window in the master bath instead of the clear glass....it lets in light but gives some privacy when bathing. The price is excellent and even if upgrading and customizing for another $100K it's still a great price. Thank you! Blessings.

I love the front door and foyer. I would prefer a wood fireplace and I could do without the shiplap.The average cost to build in Alaska where I live is $262 per square foot as of July 2024. So a 2500 sq. ft. home here would cost $655,000. If only we could get manufactured homes here.

Just add another bathroom and make it an ensuite, by converting the half bath to a full bathroom and this would be perfect for two - four couples or housemates to share. You'd be able to have a decent amount of privacy for each, the corridor between the two potential suites and the rest of the house makes such rooms even MORE private!. The two bigger bedrooms with private baths could go to the two roommates or couples that contribute the most financially, while the smaller bedrooms sharing the bath in the main hallway could go to the others. With that separate den converted to a bedroom, one of the bedrooms in the main section could be used as an office, computer gaming room, etc or could be opened up to the main grand room and turned into an game room or something. The price of $270,000 to $320,000 or so (counting base price plus above modifications plus set up and delivery) tanslates to around $67,500 to $80,000 per roommate or couple assuming 4 couples or individuals,meaning it's certainly doable for those with median incomes.
