I really like your videos and found the underwater filming of the events fantastic - great tool for young swimmers to use. I must say, however, close call on that underwater breastroke pullout on the 200 IM...about the only one butterfly kick allowed. Cue it to 8:52 or so and watch the legs - I think that may get you in trouble sometime. :-)

Michael, why don't you use your arms as much on your start compared to other pros? It seems like your not using your arms in your start.
