I understand the back surgery. I had my first 6 every 15-18 months apart. So my love believe me when I tell you I understand the pain that comes with them. My last one was 7 years ago and I was doing pretty good, but about a year ago my back zigged instead of zagged and I am miserable. Stay strong !

Hi Connie, Yes, it’s my third surgery in two years. I’m in recovery still but wanted to get a video on. I’m working on another video and hoping I can get it out soon.
