OK, I finally tried it with pesto and YES, it’s sooooo good! Thank you for the recommendation. In general, I like to experiment with adding different toppings to my avocado toast (for example, eggs, tomatoes, green onions, cilantro, Siracha etc) but today I got curious how Everything Bagel seasoning might taste with the avocado and pesto combination, and that was really good too. I think I liked it because it added a bit of saltiness that seemed to be missing. Anyway, thanks for the pesto idea, definitely part of my avocado toast experience from now on! 😊 Keep making videos…I love ‘em!
