Decorative wine glasses for a special event or home decor these the wine glasses are very elegant and budget friendly. The wine glasses were purchased at the Dollar Tree and it took under $15.00 to make but you can purchase everything from the Dollar Tree and cut the cost in half of $15.00

Suggestion: At the bottom of rope cut at an angle rather than a blunt cut. So rope will blend in smoothly. I love the look with the green leaves.

Very nice. I make these as well for events. It may be easier to just cut one slit in the flower and place it around the base rotating each layer. HOWEVER, I know we do things differently. It's just a suggestion. Either way, I love them!!!!
