Lightning storm is definitely one of the greatest powers of all time, but I wish they didn't nerf it in Infamous 2. Sucker Punch should charge players 15000+ xp to have Ionic Storm annihilate every single enemy in New Marais or something.

They are pretty much meant for different uses: Ionic Vortex is best used for tearing through a front line of enemies. Ionic Freeze is a short ranged front spread attack. Ionic Drain is most effective when surrounded. And Ionic Storm causes massive damage to individual enemies, especially powerful enemies such as the Ice Titan. That's how I see them anyway.

1:21 Now THIS is pretty fucking awesome! Makes me wish Thor's powers (when you're not using Mjolnir or Stormbreaker) to be like this in the upcoming Avengers Project game, by Square Enix! And fun fact, it's third person and the devs said InFamous, God of War 4 and Uncharted were the inspirations for the Avengers game. Really hyped!!! Also, very nice video! :D

honestly just go around and kill bad guys or civilans if you are evil cole! They way you get the ionic energy is from people that have the conduit gene so by tapping the L3 button you can see who has it and kill that person to get the enegy :)

It sort of does, and it doesn't move from the target unless the target itself is moving. On the plus side, you can use some pretty neat glitches with it, unlike Lightning Storm which has only one useful glitch.

tayler kane well human do have many tiny electic pulses that occur throughout the body. So cole is likely draining that, he's more of a electricity vampire(before he became an actual vampire in the DLC)
