A couple of things to notice:1.You cant get to the akomish reserve since its kilometers away from the edge of the world. 2.If you jave the video power you can get extremely far after crossing the invisible wall and jumping on the rocks till the end.After jumping from the rocks,head north-right and you will see...a SECOND secret boat.

If you go to like beginning place without using video power just use your concrete power All you have to do is stand on sign near that water press l1 if you PS4 user and it should launch you up into air then you need hold the x button until you get cross there you need hold x until it getting slow and press x gain for second air boost and last one is the third air boost that just land on water and press back to shore and you underneath the bridge

Absorb video or neon and jump as far as you can across the water. Reach past halfway and you return back to the city. Fail to reach the halfway point and you're stuck in the beginning area forever xD
