I don't know if you ever been to war before, but it's really nasty maybe the next thing to Hell on Earth. So please save your sarcasm, if I can go back in time of course I would want no one ((American or Iraq)) too go to war, but to get on me about something 14 years ago, I'm just glad that I was at least man enough to stand up for my country when we were told about weapons of mass destruction at the time. I never even knew about this guy but fuck, he's one of a kind. Love his rawness. As someone who's spent a big part of his life in a fucked up environment & has experienced addiction second-hand and then first-hand, I can totally relate to the way he talks about his family and describes addicts, this guys lived it for real, you can tell. Drug dealing, full blown addiction, prison, heroin, shooting up, crack, nodding out, amputees, stealing, seem horrible and tragic to outsiders but when it's part of your daily life and environment, they dont shock you anymore and become normal to you, you make jokes about them, you dont cry about it. I come across as insensitive when talking about shit like that with peeps thatve never been around it, they only see the drama side of it, so hearing this dude speak like that is fucking refreshing.
