Seems okay but overall she needs to cycle through her skill and use ult asap so skill haste seems to be the best one in PvP

at least tier 1 for both pve and pvp i think depending on the situation she can go up to tier 0.5 easily as well

Personally I think she is great It does have many counter unit for being tower unit and little bit forward deployment range (like Raphaella) but overall she is great for PvP, as well as pve contents in general
