I am apathetic to the alleged social embarrassment of AI. I will make them perform whatever nursery rhyme I see fit. It is almost as if the AI doesn’t want the pizza party like they lack digestive systems or something.

Sorry, ladies in the comments, but from my personal experience I can say the root of all this nonsense is the HR department. They are all staffed, for the most part, by women. It's the feminization of the workplace and it is tiresome. I am female and I would kill to have my former job back in the manufacturing sector. The work force was male dominated and none of this crap would have flown. No, every day wasn't sunshine and rainbows, but the culture was much more direct and to the point and so much easier to function in. And I'll add to the issues mentioned in the video- we were never pressured to purchase baby presents, wedding shower presents, etc. for people, who we wouldn't considering socializing with outside the office (or they with us).

OMG thanks god I am not the only woman who sees that!! I have been talking about it in many contexts one was the wellbeing one and I got slaughtered on LinkedIn for it. I'll add the link to the video. Women have changed the workforce, in some cases for the better and in some cases for the worse. These childish games, the over-the-top compassion, presents etc....
