Sorry, it's been a tough day trying to get everything sorted and I just can't now.
I save time from skipping the particle cannon. 3 inferno cannons are quite an investment that will take money away from early nukes.
That's all I can think of for now.

why do you keep start building new structures and then stop it and leave it incomplete? I don't understand it.

It's to trick the AI into firing the superweapons on the ground. I can quickly cancel them before the weapons hit. Saves money.
