Infection Prevention and Control - Alcohol Handrub Hand Hygiene Technique Video

As part of the World Antibiotic Awareness Week the Infection Prevention and Control Team are excited to launch the Trusts own hand hygiene videos which have been developed with special thanks to Vanessa Haldenby, Healthcare Assistant and IPC Link Practitioner at Westlands Mental Health Inpatient Unit.
Hand washing is one of three basic interventions for this years public messages which focus on the prevention of infections and is also considered to be the single most important measure in the prevention of the spread of infection.
