You must not insert more than two third of the needle be careful next time

NAWAF it depends on the flaring of Ramus , when flaring is more that time while contacting the bone needle goes inside more than 2/3rd of its length which is totally fine . 2/3rd needle insertion is theoretical and contacting bone is practical which is the most important step in IANB 😇

Medical Biceps I know you should contact the bone but what I meant is if you insert more than 2/3 rd of the needle there will be a high probability of separating the needle (the needle’ll break inside the patient tissues)
