Im no hater but this guy is not THAT GOOD. He's probably better than i am. but its really just a lot of double bass. i think his interpretation of this piece is very heavy metal oriented as opposed to trying to contribute to the over all sound. i like his work on the mario games more. Pretty awesome drummer though

Loved the drumming. It was fantastic regardless. However it seemed like the arrangement was designed for you not a normal orchestra. So we won't be seeing any traditional classical music I guess. But that's completely okay with most people including myself.

Yout know when you hear a song and in your head you drum to it but really complicated version (you know with double bass drum almost all the way, and complicated beats with tons of off-set hits) well, vadrum plays that! :)

Dunno about the drums, but the heads sound like Pinstripe or some thick two-ply heads. With very thick heads and that kind of tuning it doesn't matter so much what drums you have.
