Vegeta: double jump super dash kick is almost guaranteed hit because if you block you get block broken and if they just downslam they get a free combo. Naruto: aerial clones has low startup and is free dmg, while ground clones you can hardly fight back with them active. Luffy: pistol is a free 6 dmg that can be used anytime to build ult and or cancel skills.
