Kudos. I'm doing a playthrough now after beating the game with almost every other character and he seems to be the most difficult one. Shotgun is cool, but the recoil often costs me health or even a life, but if you don't use it, you're at big disadvantage. some boss fights are clearly not designed for him (Kalamon, 2nd Castle for instance)

@@SLISKI_JOHNNY I found most of the boss battles to be easier or at least comparable as Stranger (barring Contra of course, the bosses are stupid easy with him), but the castles are downright infuriating with him

Maybe this is after Splatterhouse 3. He destroyed that shit, but even with Jen and David alive, he knows The Mask *might* come back. He's also under the impression Baphomet has something to do with Nyarlahotep.

this character is so bad, with no access to potions and a terribly slow main attack he has to rely on the shotgun which can knock you into water/lava on small platforms

Hard doesn't mean bad, stranger has a nice damage, knock back to enemies and a bit of range, also, i would like to end his story But yep, his move set SUCKS (at least before any hability, wich i'll see in this video)

Wait, so if The Stranger was just a character name, then why not just make him his own character in the first place? In the beginning, he commented that he appeared to travel to the Medieval Age, like he traveled through time. Ther eis still some playthrough for the Ultimate Good, but the story should be all about gaining the people's trust to fight the demon, Baphomet, even if his weapons are centuries ahead of their time.
