Just started attempts today. Got up to wave 47. Watching you "2tick/1tick flick" is really really helpful... Definitely seems necessary to at least be able to 2 tick flick. The blobs definitely seem like the hardest part of the waves, they're such a funky mob, but watching you shows how precise flicking negates them! Thanks for the vid.

I recommend 1 tick flicking for a first cape, because once you know how to do it, it's braindead. For 2 tick flicking, there's two separate patterns and you have to identify which one you're on

Brayden Jensen One tick flicking can really handcuff you though. If you’re in cycle and need to move to safespot a melee or something, you’re going to take damage. If you want to make your life easier, id recommend teaching yourself how to 2 tick flick on lower waves (21+). Also, learning how to walk into the 2 tick flick at the right time is a life saver. It’s all about getting the monsters to enter into the attack cycle at the right time. Learn the 2tick flick, and you’ll make it to Zuk almost every time. The only other thing to learn is how to purposefully offtick the melee if a range/mage is on you at the same time. If a melee spawns in the most northeast spawn (can’t corner safespot), and a mage or melee spawns west, you’ll need to click to attack the melee AS the mage/range fires. That’ll ensure the melee attacks on a different tick. This really only applies for waves 57+ though.

OMFG 1:16:54 I just realized (after watching a thousand times, and falining a hundred of times at inferno) that the timing to switch prayers with blob-flick correspond to the sound of the blowpipe... You attack, then the blowpipe do a "tsss" sound, and this is the timing to switch prayers. So: Attack > switch > TSS > switch > TSS > switch > TSS > switch > TSS > switch... I'll returning to thank you if i get this fking cape lol

What is your PING like when u do Inferno? Just asking cuz I noticed if ur ping is high just even in the slightest bit, it can make ur prayer flicking tricky and cause u to take damage. Even if I am flicking on time IN REAL TIME, the game wont register it.. And my ping isn't too bad, it stays between 10-14 PING.. Lowest it rarely gets is 8-9 ping..

I play on ~50 ping. If you're lagging it's unlikely to be an issue with your native ping and more just the servers not holding up. Try to play on worlds with lower pop

To be fair 3 sets are average for first capes, especially ACB ones, I just got pretty lucky with rubies. Though with 4 brews+ you should be able to tank 3 sets without much hassle

Ruby dragon bolts (e). They have a 5% chance of hitting 100 on each hit (5.5% with Kandarin hard diary complete). It doesn't use spec energy.

You don't need a timer, I just waited for one set before healers (and everyone should do this for their first cape, imo)

Hey, great video! One thing I noticed is that you move your camera really fast. How are you doing this? Pressing alt while moving mouse on RL? Or are you using middle mouse button? I can't turn the screen nearly as fast with the WASD/arrow keys, and it seems advantageous to be able to spin really quickly at the pillar when something far away is whacking you at the start of the wave

I use middle mouse button. Definitely should not use WASD for inferno as you will need your second hand for F keys.

Npcs on the west side of the pillar can only be offticked by going south, just like npcs south of the pillar can only be offticked by going west. If you went north there you'd have both the ranger and mager on the same tick

Yes, You have to run through them right as they start a mage/ranged attack. Just to be sure you could pray melee when you're past them as well.

Chances are the people you see with low level capes had them bought or more likely simply have done it so much on high level accounts that they are very good at the inferno now and can do it on pures and lower levels. Don't give up, keep learning, treat it like the gym, the more you go the stronger you get the more comfortable with the inferno you are the less nervous you'll be. Remember, this is the hardest solo pvm challenge in the game, its gonna be an adventure learning it. There is no pride in a bought cape, and its not yours. Earn it.

Hey! I've been working on a triple jad simulator and it's starting to look pretty good. Do you mind me using the triple jad part of this video for it? The simualtor uses mapping system, kinda like in rythm games to check wether you're praying correctly or not so it's actually very easy to "map" videos of different runs for it.

@@griffcvt Depends, some people have less trouble flicking than others. If you mess up a lot, it's probably worth bringing. A lot of people try and use it to just pray mage and run south every wave, I don't recommend doing that cause chances are you won't survive.
