I got a fantastic, unbelievable price on 4 containers of 3 meter perimeter fencing and 2 km of razor wire from some place marked "Molkino" on the import docs. I have never had any issues with trespassers since I put it up. I wonder why this facility has no perimeter fencing? My $8k in fencing may have saved them 200m Ru. Why don't they start including military fencing in the bids and plans for military projects? Strange.
