To me, if you can end the game early and you dont, whatever griefing or mistakes your team does in late game is on you. Maybe you dont know for sure you'll be able to end it, but you know your team has lead and you're deliberately making choices not to take objective with team, you have no right to blame for anyone making mistake when you finally decide you want to win the game.
