I remember a work story my mom told me once as a kid. She used to work at a hospital and take blood work from patients. One of her patients was a big guy who was disoriented and confused at times. Out of the people there that took care of him, he liked my mom the most. One night, she walked into his room to do his bloodwork and found him holding a nurse in a chokehold, pressing her against the wall and about to punch her. My mom quickly jumped into action and was able to calm him down. She was able to settle the man down back into his bed. This was a while ago, but it still remains fresh in my brain.

A tiny 5 foot nothing nurse came in and told him to stop it in Spanish and he sat down and let hem get him back into bed. Turned out the guy had several sisters and her voice got through the haze of the drugs for a bit..,

@@JasmineRose-w9c Often there's not really much of a reason behind these types of behavior, especially if it comes from a patient who was previously disoriented and confused. Sometimes patients turn violent out of instinct because of confusion, sometimes they panic, it's really just random reflexes. I doubt that this situation was any different. Some of the patients after experiencing these violent episodes either apologize profusely or (most commonly) don't remember that it happened at all. I saw it first hand at the beginning of this year when I got hospitalized for about a month in the ICU due to a dangerous pneumonia and witnessed maybe about 3 patients being aggressive? One of them even had to be tied up. They were always confused and disoriented, sometimes sad and yelling for their families. Honestly it made me more worried for them than curious. I hope I never have to experience that.

Look it doesn’t matter what your views on abortions are, doctors that perform them are just doing their jobs! Refusing to do so can get them fired. Plus if you really want to save a child’s life then help fix the broken CPS and foster care systems so people can give up these babies knowing they won’t be physically, mentally or sexually abused!

IT is SO hard to adopt in this country. And you must fit a white picket fence criteria to even get a chance. Then it can take YEARS to get the adoption finalized which at any point that child can be taken away. So many kids are abused and neglected in foster homes because people do it to make money. These same people who do not qualify to adopt can foster - it doesn't make sense. Look at what happened to some of Turpin kids, out of that hell hole bounced into foster care and another hell hole. I can't imagine a child born to be in hospice for it's short painful life with no family.

depends on the reason actually. If you get hired at a hospital, some of them have specialized positions that have other details attached. If you lack those details, you don't do that job. Granted, this is not all hospitals, as other have different requirements. In some cases, if you lack the knowledge, they train you, or require you take training.

Not paragraph guy but here's the summation. The guy is charged with murder but is in the hospital cause he got injured. Bailey attended him but knew that he was a murder and made some unneeded comment that he heard. The man got mad and you see what happened. He managed to get bond and went to the hospital to attack Bailey. Fortunately, her husband was around and took his axe, and the murderer went bye-bye. Yall, bro has been convicted of murder, he’s charging towards her, what kind of superhuman strength did you expect her to possess? It’s much easier to take someone down if you catch them off guard from behind to knock them down, using their own momentum against them. She was in the path of the train, if she tried to take him on, she would’ve been the one getting knocked over and he’s clearly not in the mood to be reasoned with. She may be a badass, outspoken, and strong character but let’s be so for real. She’s on the job, not expecting harm to come to her, has no weapons or anything to defend herself, and is way smaller than the murderer making a beeline for her.

Did anyone else notice the slight twitch like reaction of fear her body experienced when the maniac first came with a verbal/physical attack at her? Bailey is usually a beast at dealing with fools but this time she chose flight, that's wisdom over folly here😂😂😂😂!!!

This is crazy to see. It’s not until this scene that I really noticed how different and how much better of a husband Ben is. And it’s because I cannot for a second imagine Tucker do this for Bailey.

I'm confused in what the patient guy meant...? If someone doesn't mind to reply in a link for context, I would be really grateful, and thank you! 😅🙏

If you are well enough to chase a doctor and yell baby killer, you are clearly well enough to go to jail, and you do not need to be treated at that hospital ever again.
