For That reason I like more KOF, if they were fighting on a KOF game, Hugo just would roll all the balls with A+B, near enough to catch Gouken. This doesnt mean SF is a bad game,but the dash/roll mechanic is pretty good and would balance the game very well.

You are judging the entire game from the worst match up in sf4 series which is 7/3 or 8/2 in favor of Gouken. You got the tallest model against a character who throws upper fireballs. You do understand that this is the exception right?

Man, this match shows how imbalanced Street Fighter 4 really is. Gouken has medium and high fireballs who hit Hugo in the head from the distance without even jump, also he has long range hit box and can continue in combos, and Hugo has nothing of those.

its not street fighter 4 that is the problem, street fighter characters in *GENERAL* are imbalanced, in tekken ANY character stands a fighting chance, in this if you're using example dhalsim and fighting a shota character you're dead

Game is not imbalanced. You have a grappler vs a character with long range weapons ...its called counter pick. You find a character to exploit another character weakness. The entire game changes once hugo gets in close then it becomes more difficult for gouken.....no imbalance going on just character knowledge and exploitation of weaknesses
