Mindsplice and X spells. Yes. McFluffy 52 did something with Doppelgang and Mindsplice. I think he tweaked it to try Virtues too.

Doppelgang is an UBER strong card. I think Virtue of Strength really gets its STRENGTH highlighted by it. Never thought of Ossification but my version uses Leyline Binding.

Highly recommend running spelunking. A pain desert would also be a good wincon since you can copy them.

20:15 Swayze math again You had 48 mana. You spend two for the initial cost so you are at 46. Divide by three gives you 15.3. You could have done it for 15.

I mean, the insane part of it is you can copy lands with this! It actually just pays for itself once it hits x=4. (4x4 = 16 lands, 3*4 + 2 = 14 mana to cast). Throw in some graveyard recursion and it's an infinite combo.

Probably too clunky or greedy to go for, but man, I kept thinking how haste would close out a lot of these longer games with all the removal/sweepers getting thrown out. And not a serious suggestion (as well), but imagine this deck with some Mirrors and getting to keep all the Legendarys you copy. Hey, I now have 7 Elspeth's in play.

I’ve crashed the game easily too. Drop mondrak with duplimancy on board , use homestead courage twice and watch the magic lol. You get a max of 252-253 tokens on arena

You had 5 Virtue copies plus the original at the end of that game at 26:30 and each triples your mana, so that's 728 extra mana per land tapped for a total of 729 each, so yeah if you fully tapped out with enough lands in play it would be ridonkulous amounts of mana with those X spells such as Doppelgang rofl...at that point rather than try to cast more copies I'd spend all that mana on something much safer like a Stream of Life spell and gain a crapton of life or something of that nature, so the server doesn't crash and you lose or end up with the match being a draw. Edit:Fixed the initial 2k+ mana amounts in this comment to reflect actual numbers for 6 virtues in play. I originally miscalculated and arrived at the totals for 7 by accident

I loved the video and the Doppelgänger with Virtue of strength is hilarious. I was trying to think of stupid ways to kill an opponent the best I currently have is to one turn mill them with an outrageous robbery. With the incredible mana of multiple virtues. Anyone have any other ideas?

Make 7 x copy of 7 cards and the game code almost crushes... I play a strategy game called Supreme Commander, where there are thousands of units on the battlefield, every shot projectile is individualy simulated, but works smooth no problem... The game is 17 years old. Let that sink in.

Question for the last game. He played titan and has chosen rhino and destroy artifact. Artifact got put back into hand so titan missed the destroy effect, but the rhino also wasnt created. Is this working as it should or is this a bug?

Not a bad idea but based upon experience, copying lands with even one Virtue in play(and the new Leyline) and also Flourishing Bloom Kin can be oppressive. It also makes some OP Outrageous Robberies.

A dopplegang deck requires a huge amount of mana while an insidious roots deck tends to have a very low mana curve so it wouldn't make sense to have them in the same deck.
