Eye of the Jungle imo is a very underrated starter, on par with Manikins. Very similar actually where it's probably never your first pick, but it just provides so much raw benefit that it's almost never bad on anyone.

Runeforged does work for tyr because of the cc he produces with his 1 on both stances so its a good item on him in my opinion
