Recently did a Manila to Los Angeles flight with a PAL 777 cause 🇵🇭. Approach was horrible. Autopilot stopped working and it messed up my approach. Someone was also lining up even though I was 2-4 min from landing. I tried to stick the landing but I veered too far to the left so I had manual control all the way till I could line up again. Though the 2nd attempt. It was a beauty of a landing, smooth as butter, straight as can be, and right on the landing strips.

I use autoland most of the time ( only times I manually land is at airports where there is no ILS RWYs or the active runway isn't fitted with one ) and im average at doing it pretty hard but at least the plane is on the ground

I do the auto land, but it goes super well for me, i use 16% or 15% trim.

@@OmarD495 plus ofc, it depends on the aircraft weight, if the aircraft is overweight, you won’t be able to use APPR, so i instead do it manually, u just make sure the FPV is on the beginning of the runway and you are in the glide-slope, and ur good:)

I have to say…yes, I watch a few goofballs auger in here and there…but for the most part, people are very good on these casual servers. I’ve done a lot of IRL single engine flying and enough people treat these airports like IRL untowered fields to make it enjoyable for me. For the young guys (anyone under 18), you make my old, 38 year old ass proud 👍

Last summer i did a flight from Casablanca to Agadir in a royal air maroc boeing 737 max 8 and it was amazing i felt like a king for one second and my window was on the middle of the wing it was such a beutiful view and i also saw : a saudia airlines Boeing 787 -10 and the n a Turkish airlines airbus a 330 -300 wich was awesome and a tap air portugal Embraer e 190 and a lot more

An over flare would be when the plane actually gaines altitude just bevor touchdown. That was just a slow landing. 0:30. But a really good video though.
