So today we're comparing two of the most popular mobile flight simulators. RFS (real flight simulator) and Infinite flight. Both of these have a lot of Planes, multiplayer and ATC. Both have a basic and then a paid PRO version. Let's see which one is the best overall in 2024.

Because of the intricate ATC system and the requirement to go through IRL procedures, I personally like Infinite Flight more these days. It feels overly simple to just taxi and follow your flight plan in RFS when everything else is already set up for you :/ Nevertheless, I was able to determine which flight simulator was better for me thanks to this video ;))

Now, the ATC was update in RFs, now you can request for the RW that you want and it is more interactive. However even with the update, it is still a way better in IF 😅

Wait until you hear about the *Project Metal* update of Infinite Flight this coming 10th anniversary of IF in Aug 2025 - Dynamic lighting: the ability to have aircraft lights (airport lights, and more) illuminate the environment dynamically - Improved aircraft shading that takes into account light coming from the environment around it - Realtime shadows - Volumetric effects like dense 3d clouds and better fog - Texture streaming improvements to allow more visible aircraft in multiplayer Anyways, IF still forgot about city night lights and aircraft interior lights (cabin, cockpit, etc)

you can change the runway you wanna go by just clicking your airport then clicking "DEP" which will show you the runways you can go to.

I enjoy infinite flight more than RFS because in infinite flight you can choose your gate at a Non-HD airport while in RFS you can't. I also like the various military planes and call signs you can pick fitting your airline and the plane you are flying creating a more realistic vibe to your flight.

Base on my unbiased rating Planes > R.F.S & I.F Cockpit > R.F.S (no doubt bout dat) Scenery > R.F.S (obviously) Weather > R.F.S Night > R.F.S Multipleplayer > I.F (obviously) ATC > I.F (by a clear margin) (but the ATC voices needs to be more human like) For me the better game here goes to R.F.S but I believe they're only lacking in the ATC... Nevertheless, I.F is a great game too but if they do some serious work on their game graphics then i think the better game would be I.F

The reason why some cockpits in infinite flight are bad are because their extremely old. Some of the older planes were made close to it’s release in 2012.

I unsubscribed to it after a month because it felt dead, had no community, basically no aircrafts whatsoever, their ATC is completely horrid, you can't do realistic routes, the lightings made the game feel so bad, the airports are very mid, there's no grades like IF, their replay system is abseloutly horrendous, no data saved or anything which makes it feel useless which is why I didn't like it. Both the games here are better, aerofly isn't that bad but it just needs a multilayer and an atc system

I prefer RFS bc something is wrong with the calibrations in infinite flight idk how to fix them, plus, pro yearly is more expensive than RFS yearly. The semi-yearly is even more expensive than RFS yearly. It’s more detailed than infinite flight. When an airport isn’t hd, RFS airports are more detailed than infinite flight’s airports.

I would play IF. But it's wayyyyyyy to expensive. I like IF better due to realizim, but I play rfs and I think it's worth it for it's price, as it's getting better and actually catching up to IF. IF price: 120$ a year 😧. RFS price: 32$ a year
