It's a really good idea to just go do something else when you're in a state of stress and you wanna get back into flow, just drop the topic completely and come back to it later. That already allows some resistance to dissipate. It's very strange coz our brain wants to focus on the problem so it can find a solution, but really the solution can't be found, the solution comes to you and you don't go finding it. It's like when you overprepare and everything still goes wrong vs. not knowing what you're gonna do next but remaining unbothered, which may seem irresponsible but actually takes a lot of trust/faith/self-belief. If you think back to your past I'm sure you'll find that all your massive results or solutions came to you when you least expected, and all the 'failures' in your life required tons of effort and stress toward achieving something that refused to pan out. I could do this very easily in exams I just put no effort into it but neither was I stressed about it or holding any negative/fear-based beliefs around the results. In my career too I just allow things to happen and take it easy, I don't overwork I swear people will just come to me and do the work for me sometimes if I don't feel like doing it 😅 But then in relationships I was like "I need to work my butt off" all my energy went into that and it was a disaster, so yeah sometimes you just have to chill 😋

12:43 I like what you said here. I have experienced this flow state, it was a continuous state of Love, just letting go of trying to control. However, I get distracted by the outside world and and this brings on the state of trying to control everything again in the outside world. But I am Aware of being distracted and thus learning to jump back into the flow state. For me, breathing more slowly and a bit more deeper helps me get back into flow wherever possible. The flow state, i know exactly how it feels like. several months ago, i needed a cash boost to dive into a business proposal. sitting at home i applied to a loan, the flow state came or i went into flow without realising through half way, started the application process not thinking about the outcome or details, clicked few options and submitted the application, within 1 min it was approved all 25k of it. came out of the flow state and reflected on the last 10 mins of what has just happened. 🤔
