You only need 3 to upgrate. Don't use 4~5 , points will be low.

@@Kamyen316 Not sure, you get bonus points, but doesn't seem like alot. Main thing is I wouldnt want a lot of lower buildings stuck when you get close to the next floor.

I hate these type events just p2w but I do like that this one you kinda of have to use your brain. That said since it is a trio match I wish on refresh you got 3 energy instead of 1.
