Awesome video, lots of cards for a Marath deck that I haven’t thought about using. It’s really easy to get lost and stray from the path with this commander and trying to do too many things. Your video helped over lap some of the cards I love using.

Wilds of Eldraine has an interesting card for this kind of deck. Agatha, the R/G legendary has an ability to reduce the cost of creature abilities by her power. Having her, Marath, and any card that gives additional +1/+1 counters (which there are many) means you can do all of the stuff in the video for free (as discounts like this work for X costs)

I think a great include for this deck would be Zirda, The dawnwalker, as it will decrease the amount of mana you need to pay into your commander's abilities by 2

why no sol ring/arcane signet and such? im a bit new to magic and those seem like they go in every deck, just wanted to know if they would be good for this but just arent because they're above 50 cents

I see in the deck list that there are already cards that give your board trample, but do you you think it would be worth looking at cards like Duskshell Crawler? (Cards that give your creatures with +1/+1 counters trample) Or what about cards from mostly Kamigawa Neon Dynasty that care about modified creatures? I'm sure you looked through many of those already, but I figure it might be worth pointing out anyway.

I think the main cards to call out that care about modified creatures are Akki Battle Squad, which gives you an additional combat step and Invigorating Hot Spring mostly for the line that says "Modified creatures you control have haste."

Those would be good includes. Ibjust picked a few in case you needed trample but only made the elementals.

You are absolutely right! I take the restriction a bit to the extreme in my earlier deckbuilds. I started building with the restriction of $0.50 or less per card as a way to prove you dont need to buy a $50 precon then spend another $100 to have fun with your friends. Now I just say as long as the deck is less than $30 it is just fine. If you get some cards that work better for you absolutely run them! Thats half the fun in playing magic 😃! (Deckbuilding tip: feel for the cards that stay in your hand a lot that when you see 'em you don't feel great about 'em. Those should be the first to go, and usually for things like Sol Ring, Signet, ramp, etc.)
