The reload booster recharge works only when unspotted. Does it also work in smoke? If so a US smoke DD and Grau in a division would be a very formidable opponent. Provided it is loaded when entering a smokescreen Grau would be able to burst, reload it, burst again and repeat that cycle for a third time all inside 1 smokescreen deployment. I counted 45 secs for the reload, 30 secs for the burster; 30+45+30+45+30=180 seconds.

@@shonix123 the reason why they took the heel off the ship because of the funny button in the first place it was so powerful that you could just go back dark since you only have 9.4 concealment most battleships we'll never spot you and then just pop back up and unload 30 seconds full of he or AP on your target that was way too effective so that's why they took the heal away
