I had sleep paralysis once when i was ten. It started when a dark figure came out of my closet. It slowly made it's way to my loft bed (which is like a bunk bed without the bottom), switching between crawling and taking disturbing steps. When it got to the bed, it got on all fours and then slowly stood up. All of a sudden, everything was back to normal. But i swear to God himself my little brother was in the exact position as the creature was when the experience ended.

I have never had sleep paralysis before, but my best friend has it when she was about 9 years old. She told me everything about it, and this is what she told me… She said every night for about a year, she would see her door open slowly. She would be about half asleep, and couldn’t move her body at all. She would then after about 5 minutes of the door opening, see a black figure or a man at the end of her bed. After him staring at her for about another 5 minutes, the black figure started to slowly crawl up her bed. She said she could even feel something crawling up her body. But then the even scarier part comes.. she said when the figure is close enough to her head, it will start scratching her all over her neck and waist up. But one night about half way through the year of having this, she woke up one night after being scratched multiple times by the demon. She woke up and had a long scratch on her neck. She was so scared and didn’t know what to do. After that one night when she woke up, years and years after until she was about 14 she never had it again. She was petrified.

One time I was about 7 years old and I was half asleep. I had this dream where this wild dog was chasing after me. I stopped and turned around to see if the dog was still there but it jumped onto me and bit all my fingers off. I could feel tingling in my fingers,and when I woke up, my fingers were red. STORYTIME ok so when I was 11 I thought I was having sleep peralasas however you spell it I woke up at 12:00am to pressure on my back legs and hands then someone whispered:make sure to get ready Chris (my nickname) we leave in 5 ok?... I hear the springs from the bed bellow me and then a thump on the floor and the pressure was relieved so I got up and went to see if it was my brother he was alseep aswel as my dad then I heard someone say: SCREW IT she's not coming let's just go we have what we need anyways.. I ran to my bed and his then I heard them shatter a window and slam the door we had just moved in so our lock was broken cause the house had been robbed before I was scared out of my mind I fell asleep then I woke up to hear my dad downstairs screaming for me and my brother cause there was blood we came downstairs and he hugged us tight we were robbed that night and I almost got kidnapped... One time I was at a sleepover with my friend and we heard a noise, we looked behind us but, nothing was there. So we continued to watch our movie. My friend got tired so we turned off the movie to go to sleep. We were asleep for like 20 mins until, we heard the noise again. Since we were just sleeping we were obviously tired still so not thinking much of it we went back to sleep. Something that is kinda important to the story is that we were in the basement, her parents were out on a walk and nobody was home but me and my friend. My friend's parents like to go for walks at 10:00 and come back an hour later. We went to bed at 10:30, so her parents were not back yet. We were sleeping until we heard a loud bang, we thought it was her parents so we ran upstairs to tell them about the noise. But no one was there, we look at each other and run back downstairs. It was finally 11:00 and her parents still weren't back yet. She was getting worried that her parents got kidnapped or something but I told her they are probably just having a nice walk so they want to stay out later. 1 hour goes by and they are still not back, my friend started to freak out and I don't blame her for doing that cause this was super scary. She texted them telling them to come home but, nobody answered. 20 mins go by and they texted back saying to stay in the house and don't come outside, my friend texted back asking why. Her parents replied saying they were on their way back and they did not want us to be out alone at night. We thought that was smart so we stayed in the basement waiting for them. 1 more hour goes by and they still were not home, at this time it was already almost 3am. She called her parents to ask why they are taking so long but, they did not answer. It was 6am and they were still not back. I will never forget what I saw out of her window, I saw a... guy... in a black hoodie... with black pants and a black beanie standing out of her window. My friend being only 10 years old at the time screamed, the guy looked at us and said you will never be safe. They ran away before we could even try to see who it was. It was 10am in the morning and her parents started to walk up the driveway but guess what they had in their hands, they were holding black pants, a black beanie, and a black hoodie. I still don't know why they had that stuff, I don't know if they were trying to scare us or if the hoodie guy was even them. I never had a sleepover with her again, I barely even went to her house. When I was around 6 or 7 years old, I was in my room watching TV, around 8 at night cause my mum and dad fell asleep on the sofa. All of a sudden, I pause my TV cause I hear my older sister SCREAMING. I go to see what's wrong, and she said that she saw a man outside struggling to walk, and a roaring sound like a SKIN WALKER. She said that it started STARING A HER for ages, until it did another one of its roars, and started speeding towards the house. All of a sudden we hear banging on the windows and doors downstairs. I go to see what it is cause I was a dumb child, and it was just one of my mums friends that lived down the road, but the strange thing is, that very same friend had just gone on holiday to Australia, and we are in England. To this day I am still terrified, especially as my dog started barking, and my dog smashed the window and chased the person, I knew something was wrong.. I woke my parents up like a sensible kid and told them what happened. They ran downstairs to my dog dragging the screaming friend back, and my mum was terrified. My sister was around 14 or 15 at the time. She held down the "friend" and my mum ordered the dog over to her. Being an easily annoyed child, that person pretending to be my mother's friend distracted me from watching TV, and made my sister cry cause she had just punched her, so I ran towards her, grabbed the strange women's face and it was a mask. The person was a random old man that looked around 64 years old, so I grabbed my mums phone and called the police while my dad help him against the wall, I gave the phone to my mum as I was to shocked to say anything, and she explained everything in detail. The police arrived and they said that the man my dad was holding for the police to arrest was already dead, but they took him, and the police car crashed, and none of the bodies, nor the old man was seen again. One my mum heard that is crashed and the old man had ran off back in their direction, my mother moved houses and also told her friend what happened.
