Was on your website and my car is stock 2014 Q50 not the sport model. If the suggested wheel and tire size come up, it will fit no problem? Was think 20 x 10.5 all around with a + 45 offset on a 255/35/20 all around

It depends how yours works. Typically, you would put your preferred pressures in the tires, and then "reset" your TPMS in the infotainment. Sometimes this is dealer only.
