Maybe just describe it as "Not a combat game, just one that includes combat". Honestly the simple 'enemies' and the bosses remind me more of Mario, it's a one-hit and/or find-the-opening-in-the-attack-pattern variety. I expect the combat element to develop in the same vein as what we've seen in the beta/first areas of the game.

@@yunfeikwon it's not about them being tough, mostly I was trying to emphasize that there's not a complex power system to keep track of; rather you need to learn to navigate battles that have more to do with the boss than what you can do outside the fight to maximize your chances of winning. I do think they will take me quite some time to master (⁠•⁠ ⁠▽⁠ ⁠•⁠;⁠) but that's alright, it'll be better once I get the hang of it.

Ik most dishlings say this all the time but, i really admire Dish being the honest & true to her self person she is. I deeply respect her & support her goals as any fan of hers do.
