I've had a passing interest in Infinity over the years, with their gorgeous, pseudo-anime artwork from way back when, and even have a Bakunin Observance Section as both a hobby challenge and a Necromunda Venator gang. Depending on release format, this'll be one to check out. Also, no mention of the Ariadna (one of the OG factions)?? Unbelievable!

I totally blanked on Ariadna. I have them! I legit think they're the best miniatures out there for modern day soldier models. Or for urban fantasy models. But I wouldn't recommend them as someone's FIRST port of call for a scifi game! Pan O and Yu Jing are aces.

Supposedly the timeline for the series is set before first contact with the Combined Army and will lead into the invasion of Paradiso :)

I am really excited for this. It looks like it’s quite true to the tabletop. Interestingly, that starter crew is the models available in the Blackwind set. So people can buy them all now.

I'm intrigued. I would like to know more. I'll be interested to see how they distribute this. Hopefully it won't be put behind a paywall and will be made as widely available as possible. Unlike how a certain other gaming company treats their animations.

@@DanielSwindlehurst as much as we all malign GW for paywalling their content, it costs them a lot to do that and no other miniature company has the funding to do that. Or the desire! Gw has enough recognition that it makes sense (to them) to do it. CB will personally be looking at this project to make them money on exposure, not just whichever studio buys the rights to publish

You've got the Barid and Bokhtar backwards; The guy is the Bohktar, you see him clearly in the full armour later when they deploy from the lander, and he's already wearing most of the non-jetpack armour here (minus helmet). You can also see both hooded characters are females in the same clip.

I'm hoping you are incorrect as all Bohktar are female, being the only ones that can survive the Gudr process. His shoulder pads and body armour during the briefing match the helmeted Barids, though the Barid does look a little short and slighter in the disembarking scene lol.

It's by Lex + Otis, not Fortiche, but there are a few arcane inspirations for sure.

We've also done comic adaptation "Trese" and the upcoming original story "Twilight of the Gods" for Netflix. We are a full service animation studio that specializes in 2D and 3d animated series for tv and film.

Dans le post facebook de CB d'aujourd'hui avec les cosplays, il y'a des bannières en arrière plan, avec des logos, et sur la photo qui prend en gros plan la série Infinity il y'a le logo de KZbin quand sur l'autre bannière de l'autre série il y'a les logos de ses diffuseurs, c'est assez curieux, à mon avis la série va être diffusée sur le KZbin payant, si c'est le cas je savais même pas que KZbin avait encore des studios. Et il y'a aussi le logo de Riot Games, je ne sais pas s'ils font des investissements dans le cinéma mais ils sont dans les jeux, peut être qu'ils vont profiter de la pub de la série pour lancer un jeu Infinity (peut être un aka Overwatch).

Thank you for the breakdown! But You Jing are *not* the Japanese guys, it's a mega country, formerly China, that has incorporated most of its neighbors. Japan has broken free of Yu Jing and is now a whole smaller faction of its own: the Japanese Secession Army, short JSA.

I can only apologise. I'm moving house so am recording in my parent's conservatory. I have a default noise compression filter on, which has helped, but I'm aware it's dire :(
